I GIVE / DO NOT GIVE (check one below) Alpine Church permission for the use of photos during Kids Church for the use of web site and social media promotion only. I understand that no personal photos by staff or volunteers will be taken of my child. I understand that any photos taken will be under supervision of a Pastor and used for stated above purposes only. Any person taking photos of children without parental and pastoral permission will be asked to delete photos and situation handled accordingly.
